This place suits me perfectly with free internet access, a fitness center, and a lovely outdoor pool. The staff even helped me find my lost barrette, a memorable touch. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Cozy stay with awesome staff

Had a solid 2-night stay. The staff were super friendly, always making sure I was good. Loved grabbing a drink at the bar after a long day exploring downtown. Only annoying part was the one microwave for each floor, made warming up leftovers a bit of a trek. Otherwise, a nice place to chill.

The location is great. I enjoyed the on-site dining experience and the service was friendly. I had a pleasing time with the room where I found it comfortable to recuperate after outings.

The air conditioning did not work well, making it difficult to sleep. A maintenance worker could not resolve the issue despite two requests. I also found a reddish stain under the pillow during checkout and was unsure what it was.

The hotel was beautifully remodeled, but the AC in our room was noisy.

It was just a well-suited match for a cursory stop in San Antonio with great value for the money. The bartenders were amazing, making us feel at home with warm greetings each evening. Just be aware of the thermostat issue, as the rooms can get really hot.
